We all know a lot of truth, but do we really know "The truth".
Do we choose to live in the truth or do we prefer to talk about the truth?
I feel like I have been talking about the truth and trying to live it out but somehow not
really knowing how. I have some serious control and pride issues. God has been teaching me
so many things.....Surrender----everything! I think of that 80's song "Never surrender" That may be why
this culture can not find the truth that sets them free and gives them the PEACE and JOY that we were created to have as our inheritance as a child of the King!!!
God is teaching me to surrender and rejoice that I have nothing--that I am nothing--that I can do nothing.
To give Jesus a big smile each time my nothingness frightens me. To just keep the joy of Jesus as my strength--

"I am the vine; you are the branches.
If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit;
apart from me you can do nothing.
"I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. "
John 15:5 and 15:11-12
Seems like simple truth that we have all heard before.......
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
"Always Surrender"----it is a lot easier but much harder and it is the only way to live out the truth!
